Twisted Fitness is a collaborative group of instructors that teach a variety of classes including Ashtanga Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Body Music Aerobics, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Crunch Time, etc.
