We will now be offering a boxing fundamentals for kids (10-14 years old). A first 4 week session starts Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 4:00-5:00pm.
The 2019 Wisconsin Natural Bodybuilding Championships will be held on Saturday April 27, 2019. More information will be posted on Facebook and on the website as it is available.
What We Are About
Ford’s Gym gained national attention in the May 2008 issue of Men’s Fitness when they published an article about Old-School Gyms written by Chris Conley.
We know that everyone exercises for different reasons — for better athletic performance, to gain muscle, to lose weight, or simply to improve everyday functional strength. Whatever your reason, we can help you reach your goals.
We have cardio and circuit-training equipment. We also have a full selection of free-weights and strongman training implements, like you see on ESPN’s World’s Strongest Man Competitions.
If you’re ready for something different we offer boxing classes. You can take the classes for fun, to challenge yourself, or to get more serious in the sport if you decide to. Either way we have a wonderful new facility to train in.
We also offer computerized body composition analysis along with personal training. Whether you need help getting started, want faster results, or want a change-up from your regular routine, we can help you.
To round out the package of course we have locker & shower room facilities as well as tanning.
One more thing: we are also home to a collaborative group of instructors called Twisted Fitness. Twisted Fitness offers a variety of classes including Ashtanga Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Body Music Aerobics, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Crunch Time, and more.
